A Program That Grows With You
EPAM offers three progressive educational tiers. Each session is 60 minutes. Participants begin with foundational skills and may continue into later tiers when additional learning and structured support are appropriate.
Tier 1
8-Week Foundational Course
Stress management, anger awareness and control, triggers, warning signs, the anger cycle, cognitive distortions, communication, empathy, relaxation, and coping skills.
Tier 2
12-Week Prevention and Skill-Development Course
Prevention planning, accountability, emotional regulation, assertive communication, problem-solving, empathy, and application of skills to recurring conflict situations.
Tier 3
6-Week Continuing Support Course
Reinforcement of learned skills, prevention-plan review, progress monitoring, problem-solving, continued accountability, and maintenance of healthier responses.
Certificate of Completion
EPAM may issue a Certificate of Completion after a participant satisfies the applicable attendance, participation, payment, and program requirements for the enrolled tier.
Certificate of Completion Disclaimer: A Certificate of Completion documents completion of EPAM’s educational program. It is not a professional license, clinical evaluation, psychological assessment, legal determination, court approval, or guarantee of behavioral change. EPAM is not currently approved, endorsed, or formally recognized by any court system. Acceptance is determined solely by the court, community supervision office, probation or parole authority, employer, attorney, agency, or other third party reviewing the document. Participants are responsible for confirming outside requirements and acceptance criteria before registration.
Third-Party Referrals
Referrals From Community and Supervising Authorities Are Welcome
EPAM welcomes adults who are self-referred or recommended or referred by third parties, including employers, attorneys, family members, community organizations, courts, probation or parole personnel, community supervision officers, community-service supervision programs, and other authorized referral sources.
Although EPAM is not currently approved, endorsed, or formally recognized by any court system, EPAM may accept participants whom a court, probation or parole office, community supervision officer, community-service supervision program, or other authorized agency recommends or refers.
A recommendation or referral does not guarantee that a court, supervising agency, employer, attorney, or other third party will accept EPAM’s classes, attendance records, progress reports, or Certificate of Completion. Before registration, each participant is responsible for obtaining and confirming the referring or supervising authority’s written requirements, including the required number of sessions, program format, documentation, deadlines, and Certificate of Completion expectations.
Secure Participant Portal
Private Access to Program Information and Documents
After registration is completed, each enrolled participant will be assigned an individual, secure, encrypted participant portal through a third-party Electronic Health Record (EHR) platform selected by EPAM.
The portal may be used for secure communication, electronic forms, program documents, scheduling information, payment-related records, attendance information, progress documentation, and access to approved participant materials. Portal access instructions and participant responsibilities will be provided during onboarding.
The EHR platform and EPAM’s use of the platform will be configured to support applicable HIPAA privacy and security requirements. Participants are responsible for protecting login credentials and promptly notifying EPAM of suspected unauthorized access.
